Many researches have been carried out and resulted in new material and technology, which have been applied in industries. Oral Presentation:

The papers to be oral presented in parallel sessions will be selected from the incoming extended abstracts. The announcement of the result will be sent to the applicant’s email and displayed on the website.

 

Poster:

The papers that are not in the oral presentation list will be displayed and discussed in poster session.

 

Awards:

The committee will select two best papers (general) and two best posters (only for students) and award the winners with certificates and nice gifts.

 

GUIDELINES

Extended Abstract

1. Abstract is written in A4 paper, consisted of title, author names, institution, abstract and key words.

2. The used font is Times New Roman.

3. The title font format is 12-bold, while the others are 10-normal.

4. The abstract is written in single space and comprises of about 400 words.

5. Abstract describes the research background, objective, procedure, result, and discussion.

6. Abstract also contains one figure which represents the research.

7. Abstract is sent in the soft copy form to the committee email or upload through the website.

 

Poster

1. The participant should provide his/her own hard copy poster and stick the poster in the provided poster board on the first day of the conference.

2. The size of the poster is A1 or six times A4.

3. The contents of the posters are research title, author names, institution, abstract, introduction, procedure, result and discussion.
