How to register: 1. Please fill the form in this leaflet and send to the conference organizing committee address via post or fax or fill the electronic form and send directly through the conference website. 2. For advance registration, please pay the registration fee to the organizing committee bank account and send the copy of the transfer form together with/without the registration form to the committee address via post or fax or electronically via email. 3. For participant with paper to be oral presented or paper to be presented in poster, please send the extended abstract together with the registration form.
